Have we got a clear coherent run down on CCM in that thread from you. Or are they making friends in the FFA.

EDIT: Gareth is as hes says a "Reluctant Owner"  he has for some years now. But stays involved because they stay to save it for Wellington.  Cost neutral is all the Clubs want.
