He says:

1. He's a reluctant owner and it costs a lot of money

2. He doesn't want to fold it because he bought it to stop it from folding 

3. He want's the league to reform to make it fairer for the Phoenix but he's thinking that reform is going to be incremental.

4. The Phoenix are on the market as are all A-League teams, he indicates he'd sell to a consortium of overseas investors like Man City.

5. He doesn't think the license will be renewed unless something changes.

6. The goal is for the Phoenix to break even but that's a tough ask.

All pretty obvious things.
