No announced coach, no off contract players signed as far as we know. Owners say not fully selling, but appears might be considering partial sale or new investors. At end of next season licence effectively has no value unless a league governance changes work out for Phoenix. Partial sale i dont see working for an Aus outfit unless the Phoenix becomes an Australian based team.
The only way the owners have any chance of really being sure of any return on their investment is to try and sell all now ,or remain partial owners but relocate the team to Aus where new majority owners want it based, and in a few years the remaining Wellnix owners sell their share out to the majority owners for a better return.
Depressing as it seems, i still wonder if we will have a team next season.
