Reading the above threads ... my reference to MLS structure is because only the MLS have a closed franchise model with no P & R, that I am aware of other tan ours and Canada.
However the answers to date seem to indicate, YF does not support P & R.
In Australia aside from the A-League clubs almost everyone wants P & R, with a reasonable time frame.
