From what I've read and heard from the club it is pretty clear they are not selling the license. To me it sounds as though gallop is being a cock and shark stirring a bit by releasing tit bits if info about a meeting he had with Morrison, a meeting he probably he has had with all the clubs in regards to expansion and independent management.
I'd trust our owners over gallop any day.
