After reading the SBS article, filling the tea pot, drinking the tea, and reading the tea leafs at the bottom of the pot.... is Welnix have been looking to sell but FFA have not let them so they are trying to sell 50% and move most games to avoid stadium hire losses.
Essentially Welnix have taken legal advise to get around FFA licence controls.
I could be wrong, will have another pot of tea and see what the leafs tell me.
Marijuana leaves aren't great for deciphering news articles..
