Hypothetically we do a 'Newcastle' - at best it just delays the inevitable. The FFA are just going to continue to make us jump through hoops until we can't and then were're done. 

If the metrics for the first of the 4 years (of 10yr licence) is proving difficult to achieve, how much more difficult will the remaining 2 extension metrics be? What happens if we magically get to the last extension period, the FFA put even more ambitious goals for the extension beyond 10yrs?
