What the lunch did do was put various media speculation into a kind of sorted order. It has explained what and why in a way we all can understand. Shark, I've been riding the YF for a while with my protests and even I can see and understand it. Probably the best podcast that we all needed for some time. I don't care whom was at the meeting but what was said was good. Even down to personal opinion and comments made. The picture is a damn lot clearer than what 4-4-2 and Fox etc were coming out with and the NZ media too. Sure, they could have spoken with Piney better but that's a lesson learned. Jason is and has always been a big NIX fan. I am sure if it had been explained to him, he would have reported it accordingly.
Time to move forward and all of us close ranks, we have a season to get in there with crowd numbers - that's our responsibility as well as the clubs. Let's make it happen. All for one and one for all etc.
