Like most employed people they can be paid for their time in amateur activities if the funder covers that cost. (Activities)

My opinion is time working for the academy is funded by the academy. Time with The Nix first team would be paid by the Nix.

I believe Lower Hutt May be paying an acadamey coach for his time?
