not sure how that translates into $$ but in simple terms it would suggest that Gareth is not as financially involved with the Nix anymore.
I think it's a limited partnership with Investnix and ultimately Rob being the general partner. As the general partner (despite WelNix being called GP) is the only one that matters in a Limited Partnership the limited partners don't have to be visible (I think, it's been a while).
I'm sure there's an accountant on here that can correct me but I don't think that this necessarily reflects the actual shareholding.
