I've never been a fan of Morgan's, going back to reading his regular newspaper columns - well before helping out Ricki, deriding cats or forming political parties. To his credit though his contrary scribbling did make me think, so have an element of respect for that. Much like how now, a debate on when the NZ economy should return to a more 'normal' state is a debate worth having. No one likes to hear about what is the measured value of a single human life, so by 'bravely' delving into that area he wasn't going to make many friends.

Like Blew I don't think this is a good time to be insulting Morgan's in twittersphere. Even if he's a small large monthly cashflow investor now, the Nix currently need every dollar they can find. The A League will survive but there is going to be many months of financial pain & stress ahead, for Welnix and the other club owners.
