If it was to be Smeltz he is the marquee player at Perth so you'd assume he'd be join a club as their international marquee.
The only clubs that don't have an international marquee are us and Mariners.

The only clubs that don't have an international marquee are us and Mariners. However... Adelaide are getting rid of their international marquee Van Dijk so that's an option.
