If they had signed Hoggy for 18 months maybe but as it's just a three month deal (like he had in portland) I think it is a lot more open than that.
I think he probably wants to see whether Lochhead is actually done permanently, or whether the lack of competition has lead to him cruising...
Wouldn't say he's been cruising. He is what he is and I don't think he can offer much more, competition or not.
