Have to disagree here - we probably had one of our best spells of the season with Greenacre out injured (which indluded a critical 3-game winning streak in which we scored 8 goals), and while I don't mean to imply that this was the case because he didn't play, I would suggest that he was far, far from being missed.

Furthermore, his finishing was not something to write home about (he did score a couple of quality goals, notably header against Brisbane early on and the finish off Costa's backheel against Newcastle) - his composure in front of goal seemed to be sorely lacking at times, and he fluffed quite a few chances coming his way. 6 goals in 24 games is hardly a great return, especially considering that he was outscored by Brown (8 goals in 26 games) and Dadi scored 5 in just 10 appearances. Greenacre is a good professional and a hard-working guy, but he has a lot more to show before he can be considered an critical piece of the puzzle.
