If the North deal falls through i will be completly underwhelmed by the Phoenix's results this offseason
You have to remember, that the 1 Aug date is for 20 players, there is still time after that to bring in other players, we don't play till mid August so we have another two weeks to get someone in.
Maybe we are trying to fit North under the cap and leave the Marquee spot open.
