Did you not get the email the other day with the barcodes to use in case your tickets don't arrive in time?
And its a separate company that is contracted to produce the cards afaik, not sure how much control the Club has over the distribution of them tbh.
Thanks for the reply, but nope. I've had emails on the signings and on my membership being sent. Which turned out to be false.

They've been screwing up aspects of the membership process from inception. And they are accountable for who they chose to contract and how they monitor and manage their performance. Ten years is long enough to get this stuff right.
