What i dont get is im sure Domey had said they wernt interested in using the music.

"100 per cent we've seen the feedback and we've taken it on board - in fact we took it on board during the game," Dome said. "Social media is great in that regard as it's instantaneous and once we got the feedback through we thought we better pull back on this to something a bit more realistic."
He said the Phoenix have already planned to limit the tunes during their next home game, which is against Western Sydney Wanderers on November 3, and that club representatives would meet with Yellow Fever members later this week to work out a solution that would suit both parties moving forward.
"The Yellow Fever is extremely important with their singing and chanting and we don't want the music to override that. But when there's no singing and chanting then what can we do? We've got to find that balance and we'll meet with the Yellow Fever again this week to go over it and see how we can get that balance better."
Dome said the use of music was just one of the many initiatives the club had come up with to enhance the matchday experience during the 2018-19 season, with pyrotechnics also used throughout Sunday's game. They have also offered up a $10,000 prize to giveaway to one spectator if the attendance surpasses 10,000 and plan to release "safe smoke" at upcoming matches.
I'd love to see where his theory that people want this stuff is coming from. Does he have any research or data that this will bring people to matches
Have any details been given behind the 10 grand? Is it coming from Rob's tight pockets or from a sponsor? Irrespective some smart marketing person may have calculated we won't ever get there so why the heck not offer it.
There's always someone out there whose looking for a fast buck
