My verdict on the first half:

It's just like our previous games, we create some chances but don't capitalize and then concede finding ourselves trailing...

Don't be too hard on Brockie's miss... It's actually a lot harder to score that than what it looks like. The ball bounced high and its difficult to raise your leg and wrap your foot around it especially while running at it...

Actually the biggest cock up was when Huesegems was running towards goal and didn't cross it over for Brockie to tap it in. That should have been a goal, Brockie's miss later on would've been a bonus.

I agree with what's been siad earlier, Earnie can't be blamed. Yes Ricki won us a few games last year so what?

It wasn't pretty and we still finished bottom.

Now we're playing better football and building a platform on which to build on.

Earnie is the right man, what needs to happen is bring in a quality RB or/and LB, and another striker at least.

Earnie knows what players he needs and he will make it happen.

Thought Riera was horrid tonight - Brockie too. Both shouldn't be playing for us. Riera is so bad that Lia doesn't actually stand out as a poor player anymore. On at least 4 occasions he gave away the ball in our half leading to a Brisbane attack. Can't pass, can't tackle without fouling, can't head - what's he there for?
