Online lambasting of any player representing the club you claim to support is self-defeating, childish and says more about the 'fan' than the player.

Surely none of the above comments can be counted as lambasting a player? Talking about putting a player on the bench because of form is surely what fans do.
Mindless bashing of players like Lia and A-Rod despite what they do is one thing but if we can't discuss who should go to the bench when a player returns from injury then what are we going to talk about? Auckland public transport?
