First you have to have passion, but then you also need to apply it in a productive way. You have to to care about the performance and the result. And you have to recognise that teamwork is vital too. Maybe then, you have passion.
I think Bozza misunderstands a team's passion, the players dont need to be a bunch of overly aggressive boofheads to be passionate about the game or team - they just need to turn up and play well. Dura shows plenty of passion - especially when the refs seem to be against us - what does that achieve?? Sweet fudge all!
