Casual observation... Patrick trying to be too complex doing half beats or whatever the musical term is. Just stick to main bass drum beats. You also have the wrong drum. You need an actual base drum.

Just my opinion

For every person telling me I should be doing just the main beats - there's someone telling me to do more than that and keep the chant driving forward.

It'll get better as I work out what's best for each of the chants. Bass drum won't fit between the seats so this is all we can do.

Although if enough people really do hate what we are trying to do then I'll say fudge it and throw in the towel. Whats the point.
