Why does the head of security have to ask in person? If he instructs the security plebs - red badge - to ask you to stop then you comply. As for abusive people in the zone - they didnt have any impact on me as I was in aisle 23, if they were causing that much of a concern why not raise it with red badge at the time - they have a text number to assist with this.
They reacted to loud popping of balloons which initially sounded like fireworks - most of the guys around me though this until we saw a balloon being blown up. I'll bet you anything that this was their initial fear.
