Conditions were the winner on the day.  Boxall didnt have great first half attack wise but some great little cameoes second half!

Still feel the game plan changes when Carlos plays..and not for the better.  At times he was deep then he was trying to do too much upfront.  Midfield wasnt well sorted for ydays game in comparison to last three.

Crap conditions again tho!

Yep.  I reckon we've consistently looked best with only one of Ifill/Stein/Carlos on the field, though Stein central in front of Carlos can work.  But also reckon Ernie has to persevere with Carlos.  We've got him for another season and a half, so you'd hope Ernie can get him right.  Otherwise  #expensivewhiteelephant

I suppose keep him on the pitch and look for it to come right.

Fenton was compensating for what I see as issues with a narrow 4132, (Kenny/Stein/Lia in the middle).  Good to see Boxall getting a run and we'll see how he improves with the nosebleeds over half.

I can handle Stein up front with any two of Brockie/Boyd/Kenny/Krishna wider getting in front of Carlos, in a 4141->4123 and 451 when needed, Stein central; but I am not liking what I think is a narrow 4132 without Fenton and with just Brockie and Stein up front.
