I think the big thing with the Phoenix is the team culture. If you don't fit in, not much chance of you staying... (Carlos, Pav, Gao etc)

Why are you talking common sense all of a sudden?

Puberty brings many changes. No, on second thought, I like your "herpes infection that speaks in the voice of God" theory better.
