OK, that was a tribute to Vince Lia, but without knowing that, it would have come across as cocky and overconfident about the team.
Perhaps we should've taken the Flight of the Conchords route and said:
We're Vince-ible
Everyone in Wellington would have got that joke, right?
(although it's probably not safe to say all the players have watched Flight of the conchords, and they would need to get the joke ...)
