Really? That is really stretching it thin. If this is the case then every single cross that results in a goal is the fault of Manny or Doyle. How about if the goalscorer had been marked? How about if Moss had saved it? In fact must be Moss' fault. He didn't save it *facepalm*

Re-watch the game, mate. He gave the ball away - remember cursing him also - which directly led to Nichols cross. Don't blame it on him not stopping the cross - though that  was his opportunity to make up for the stuff up.
