IMO - the bigger the name the more influence they had on the game for the good of the team. The first 10 min it looks like CCM were targeting Boxall side
I always assumed that it was number of passes, headers, tackles, interceptions, shots etc combined to give the relative size of the name and then where the name is on the pitch is the average point on the pitch where those touches took place
