Just a bare memory now.
or to be precise, a bare memory of a black and yellow stripey on a late summer day in Hutt Valley
Soon be just seagulls

The rolling hills of Hutt Valley are but a bare memory now.
I miss Hutt Rec already :-(

She want to build me up tear me down
Slap my knee bones to the ground
Me and mine are gonna be around
When Tuckers' daughter's a memory
it seems like only yesterday when we were all looking forward to these games too. We might not have had the same volume of noise without a semi roof but I reckon the Hutt Rec gave us a better atmosphere. Both in the prematch build up at the Belle where we were not squashed like sardines and at the game when the closeness of the temp stands to the pitch made it better.
I would really like to know what all of the players thought of it. Naturally the ignorant cnts that run Westpac will not have taken any of the positiveness expressed on this site about the Hutt Wreck experiences.
For example we have the Hutt Wreck tee shirts, I doubt if I would ever buy one for the Cake Tin.
I would rather we took our games to the Wreck than around the country.
