Finkler and Kosta will help, but we're sorely lacking in other areas.
Durante is possibly past it, Muscat going, Fenton just not good enough, Riera on a downward spiral, McGlinchey a total passenger and the likes of Powell and Watson just not good enough either.
Some of our defeats have been embarrassing this season, that was another one. They've completely given up.

Our midfield was passable but our defense and strikers are embarrassing .
All 3 seasons under Ernie we have finished the season absolutely terribly...completely limped home
This season is pretty much like 2013/14 all over again. Possibly worse though.
Can't complain too much about last season but in hindsight we really had a great chance to go and win the minor premiership but completely blew it.
I don't think Ernie is going anywhere but another season like this next year and he must go. Or even if we start next season poorly.

We've lost 14 of 25 games this season. Is that close to good enough? When does the manager get questioned, if not now?
Edit - I'm not necessarily anti-Ernie. I like him, last season was great and his first season was decent with a late collapse. This season though has been very poor. Losing Burns and the licence situation are a couple of reasons, but surely not the ONLY reasons for a season where we've been so much worse than last season. Poor recruitment and a steadfast refusal to ever change tactics/formation don't help either. We switch players around but the game plan is always the same - it's no wonder teams have us figured out, including the absolutely awful Mariners.
