Well saying 'we deserved the win' is better than coming away and going 'We were fucking awful' like we did for the entire last year. This is a good football side whom are going to be a firm favourite to be 1 team in the final and we shaded them. Yeah we didn't convert but then when have we this year? We have been solid for the year (sans Victory) and our midfield looks like it has sorted itself with Lia carrying his weight. Its obvious we have an issue in the attacking 3rd but that does not stop the fact we played well. As Smithy said on the pod, we are on the verge of handing out a toweling. Its just when it clicks. Having an issue in the attacking 3rd is infinitely better than having one all over the park.
