Ooomph hard disagree there.  You shouldn't "win" a pen, a pen is the punishment for the opposition doing something they shouldn't.

Ask Drogba, Rooney, Suarez, they never ever dived. ;)  And more locally, Alex Brosque at the Ring of Dirt.
