As a matter of interest JD just where was Ricki supposed to get the cash from for him to get better signings.Dont think he has ever had the money to go after much more than he has.Terry sure didnt have the cash and it seems as if Welnix arnt that keen on splashing out.

Just giving my assessment and justifying why I thought it was time to go. Not putting the boot in and thought I was reasonably balanced (although a little surprised by all of the numerous "thank you's" ringing out - his job was to coach the team and he was well paid for that).
So you don't say thanks when someone serves you food etc? You're paying them after all.
I suspect it's a sign of immense respect for Ricki.
