I think he had to go. The performances this year have been pretty bad and you struggle to see how they would have been improved. At the same time we can very easily do worse, this is going to be a very tricky position to fill.
I'm not sure how I feel about him moving upstairs. So long as the new coach has the option to use him as much or as little as he likes I guess it is OK.

Don't have much faith in Greenacre, the attacking patterns have been poor and this is his responsibility. It's a good test over the next 5 games, don't expect too much in terms of results but he will have to show he can add something to the performance to convince people to keep him on in some role.
