Agree mostly, but I seem to remember some comments about that VUC game last season, where Red Badge were told there was a problem with some young Nix 'fans' sitting in the away section - but nothing was done until it was too late. Too casual, too ambivalent. May have that wrong.

Lets be brutally honest, security work doesn't attract the brightest tools from the shed - and many would have no idea about how football fans can act differently (yes far more overseas than NZ) to sitting rugby supporters. Again you's just hope the 2 clubs have a bit of a chat to Red Badge beforehand. Better to be over prepared than under. 

Not to the same virulent anti football extent of many of the AFL & NRL media in Aussie, but some of the rugby heavy journos would to more than happy to report on an ugly fan incident at one of the derbies. There is enough garbage on the Auckland FC Supporters FB site, to be a little concerned at least.
