I don't think 5-3-2 is the actual formation. I have a feeling that Chiefy is going with this until the return of Rojas. 

Agreed, I reckon it’ll be more of a 4-3-3, with the front 3 players pretty fluid.

Sheridan drops out of the backline and Rojas comes in along side Kosta and Ishige up top.

Yes, pretty much what I've put below:

               Oluwayemi
Payne-Hughes-Wootton-Sutton
       Retre-Rufer-Nagasawa
    Rojas-Barbarouses-Ishige

However, Chiefy has also teased a formation change for this season. Assuming a 4-2-3-1, Retre and Rufer as the double pivot with Nagasawa just in front of them.
