Today I received a package with just a Phoenix Cap in it and nothing else. Thought there was a little more to it than that for memory.

I got the membership card, redemption card and cap. The redemption card is no good for us who live in Auckland. There was meant to be a bumper sticker and fridge magnet too but I am not worried about that, so all good!

Just got mine yesterday (after it got sent to the wrong address... may have been my fault though so no hassles there) but it's not a foundation members card.
Is there any practical difference (other than looking at Leo rather than Manny)? Just trying to work out whether I can be bothered getting it switched.

I had to e-mail Ticketek to ask for my pack to be posted out. It hasn't arrived yet. I don't think they are automatically posting them to non-Wellington residents.

That is correct. You have to pick it up from RYOS with your redemption card. I was just commenting before that they are not automatically sent out to non-Wellington residents. I contacted Ticketek who passed my e-mail onto the Phoenix. They said it would be posted. Maybe they will do a bulk mail. Its been almost a week.

Just one worry, the barcode on my season pass looks a bit whack. This was how it arrived. Hope it's not going to fail in the scanner at the stadium. Hopefully common sense will prevail with security if it does. Does anyone else's look like this?

It'll read the sequence from the bottom of the barcode, so should be fine.

I was wondering the same, as I got my season ticket and redemption card, which I used at the Family Day to pick up the pack (scarf, fixture list fridge magnet, new lanyard), then my members pack and redemption card arrived this week - what do I get in the members pack that wasnt in the season ticket pack?

Na, only handed over my redemption card and showed the ticket card. they asked if my membership was adult and I said student. then one lady asked the other whether students get drink bottles. they didn't really know. I got the impression that they thought adults and kids were supposed to get one, cause they kinda said "what about the students". so I don't know. when they asked if I wanted a drink bottle I wasn't going to turn down free stuff.
