An injury-plagued season for Stein in the Belgian Second Div. with only eight appearances for him in Dessel's 30 matches so far.

Last appeared on February 28 and was taken off after 65 minutes. He got injured in his second game of the season on November 18 and came back on January 18, only to succumb to injury again on February 28. Scored four goals in his eight appearances though.

Lucky for the Phoenix that they didn't re-sign him and end up with a foreign player who only made eight appearances. Signing Roly as a foreigner instead of Stein has worked out very well.

Stein already had a history of serious injury issues when he signed for the Phoenix and they were lucky to get two good seasons out of him when he was injury-free.
