So you want to be a Rock Star NZ
Maorioki

Gonna be hard for Terry to keep a straight face as he tells them, they're fired. He seems pretty laid back. I guess he'll have to be in a bad mood so it looks more realistic for TV.

Proud to have attended the first 175 Consecutive "Home" Wellington Phoenix "A League" Games !!

I don't think Who wants to be a Millionaire failed in my opinion. I agree with the rest + Deal or no deal and I am sure there are more.

Yeah Who Wants to be a Millionare was great. Hosking is much more likeable when he's not trying to be a journalist.

I hope that was sarcastic..

Contestant "lock in B"
Hosking " Are you sure you want to lock in B"
Contestant "Yes"
Hosking "Not a?"
Hosking "Not C?"
Hosking "Not D?"
Contestant " Yes I am sure"
Hosking "Now are you sure you don't want to use a life line"
Contestant "Yes"
Hosking " Are you 100% sure"
Hosking "Locking in B..." ... "Are you sure it wasn't D?"

FFS he's just annoying and IMO it was nothing like the British/Aussie verison.

Everything Nz tries to replicate like that fails.. I PRAY MASTERCHIEF NZ ISN'T RUINED!!

But anyways.. nice job Terry

Thats in essence what happens in every version around the world. The show is so frustratingly boring to watch.

Ads are up at the station for 7:30 Tuesdays, replacing Hells Kitchen. Just saw the ad on tv and it was pretty decent.

I asked John Mitchell today who wins at training.
He doesn't know, because the winner hasn't actually been chosen yet.

He also says that they were told that Nathan plays bad cop and John plays Psycho cop.
I will have to see it to believe it.

How are the contestants supposed to fake excitement when they don't know if they actually won or not?

Right.. Lets try that again, More emotion. Actually.. Can we add tears?

Please don't sob like that. Your wife and kids will be watching.

Put your shirt back on ma'am.

Have they actually filmed the winning moment? Apprentice U.S. use to film the board room bits right up till when the winner was to be announced, then had the ending live.

When is this actually starting? Is it just me that thinks some TV programmes are advertised far too early in NZ? Those bus stop posters have been up for over a week saying 'The Apprentice, Tuesdays 7.30pm' and two Tuesdays have now gone by with no show? Steve-O2010-02-09 19:44:22

That's because, despite your JD, if you work for Terry he tells you what to do and you better damn well do it. Whoever wins better be used to a good flogging.

He wasn't joking on Good Morning when he said "they better be working hard while I'm here".
