He's back playing Central league currently - I suspect he can't move (or at least play) until he's 18 - like Calvin Harris.
Also suspect other influences may limit his chances of being an option for the Phoenix.
The DE factor?
the 18 bit is correct
the other factors include that he's good enough to play in a higher quality league than the A-League so will probably end up in Europe
Does he have anything other that a Kiwi passport?
