Maybe in terms of attracting local talent (ACFC, Ole) it’s about the showcase provided. Nix shop window is A league. ACFC have a crack at a bigger stage than A league provides.

Handy Prem and OFC Champions League are a bigger stage?

Selective editing there el Grap. Club World Cup, Eredivise, Portugal liga, MLS (not so much Sweden div 2) definitely are.

Hmmm, you've missed what I was aiming at. The point is, the stage for ACFC next season will be the Handy Prem and OFC Champions League - no CWC for them. So we'll see if the 'bigger stage' argument stacks up.

Right, gotcha. My argument was based on recent history, as opposed to this year. If any TW players pick up a Nix contract, Jose will be looking to replace. Could any ACFC players be an option for CWC; or tied to ACFC?
