Darije was also tough and made a big deal of getting played who were proactive and had a winning mentality, so it's obviously in the execution.
Darije was funny in that what he said post -game always made a lot of sense, and he went really in depth with it and obviously had a good football brain. It really was impressive, until we kept losing. The problem seemed to be in his man management, which in football seems to be 2/3rds of the job.
