Based on performances last year and the fact he is now an import player in Australia, yes. Ridenton played almost every minute and was arguably our player of the season. Singh, while he played well, only broke into the side towards the end of the season. I think Singh will end up a far better footballer than Ridenton but last year Ridenton was the better player over the full season, albeit with reasonably different styles of play. Who knows if that still would be true had Kalezic given Singh a chance early on?
