just like Rudan has said all alaong he is always looking for a chance to improve our options, this guys gives us just that. A massive unit up front to play a proper centre forward role. He'll have the likes of Krishna, williams and burns tearing around him looking for lay offs, but he'll also take two men with him for a while giving space to singh etc in the midfield. Plan A or B he just gives oppostions something else to think about, rather than working on how to defend our pace they now have size and power to think about.
He also deals with an issue that the Nix seem to have this season, dealing with sustained pressure late in the match by an opposition trying to get back in the game. Having a big guy to come of the bench and hold the ball further up the park should help a lot in this regard.
Other thoughts:
Has a better goalscoring record than Andy Keogh, though at a slightly lower level overall. Also has a incredibly detailed Wiki page for a journeyman striker.
