Hi all,
 
After a bit of consultation, and a majority of feedback from people saying that they couldn't make it to Oriental Bay, we've decided to flag the chanting and singing part of the Breakfast show tomorrow.
 
Feel free to come down for a look if you're keen, but we won't be doing the chating as planned.

I don't get it, why are you talking about Oriental Bay?
I was going to be at the Railway Station at 7.20, is that no longer the plan?

fraid not - there has been a number of changes of plan that has dictated that what was originally planned (100 Yellow Feverites chanting, singing, and generally having a good time) has been knocked on the head.
 
A few of the guys are being interviewed outside Fryberg pool, but that is all.

Just watch it this morning - jeez that Paul Henry is a numpty. After the lads extended the offer of tickets and a Yellow Fever t-shirt he made a snide comment about the four blokes being the only Phoenix fans. He's an arrogant arse and despite the eye candy that is Pippa Wetzell I'll be tuning in to Sunrise on TV3. Put me in a bad mood for the day that has.

Paul Henry is a bit of a twit. He usually takes the negative view of everything just to get a rise or response out of people. Im sure the TVNZ bosses encourage this as it makes for good TV. Well as good as tv can get at 8am on a weekday morning.

Sorry to those who got out of bed early not knowing about the change of plans.  As you can see from the postings it all changed very late.  If it was in our control it wouldn't have changed.

should have said ..'thankyou Tamati, yes we'd like to extend a warm invitation to Paul Henry to attend the Fever Zone ..not so much a challenge (for the amusement of the entire long suffering breakfasting nation), since although he might be a small flabby dumpty little creature, might be close to going bald, might be an opinionated little bastard who can't STFU, might be an obsessive bore constantly referencing trivialities & going on & on & on about his childish compulsions, might be an ingratiating brown nosing little corporate kissarse ..we expect he'd fit right in ..if not with us then at least the opposition supporters, who of course we also scrupulously host at sophisticated pre & post match functions ..'

now you just shut your eyes HeySeus & imagine saying that down the barrel of the camera ..day fixed ?

Hahahaha.  I do find Paul Henry quite witty sometimes but that is usually when it is about something I'm not passionate about.  I'm passionate about football and this morning he was just an idiot.

Also Pippa got the results wrong and then admitting they are following them closely.  How closely may I ask.

why do they have the wrong clip?  Tamiti meeting the Phoenix fans was before that one, which was Tamiti meeting the Phoenix players.

Definetly boycotting that show now. Will switch to the new TV3 one when it comes on instead.
He was bad enough with the Fever Boys - but then didn't even give Brownie respect.
I used to like the guy before this but now I think he's a bit of a tool.
Anyway enough said, back to the footy...
