The Phoenix was always built on a team culture, everyone used to say without a doubt that it was the strongest culture in the league. Tonight is what happens when you undermine that culture with your dickishness.

My point is that I am bemused that anyone can be bemused about the "sudden Herbert hating" after 4 defeats in a row, 1 win in 8 games, and a 7-1 defeat from a team 9th in the league.  And also to blame the owners for all of it.
