He's like Manny though, can play in a variety of positions (apart from in the middle) so that definitely works in his favour (and gives him more reason to stay at the Nix).
I reckon it's working against him at the moment. Manny has a preferred position, RB but can play right across the backline and into midfield. Hearfield I think doesn't really know his best position, striker, attacking mid, wings, or right back. Because of that, he can't really knuckle down on one position and have that as his specialty with the others as backup.
