Ward has potential and has shown it. North is obviously the same, so let the pair find their feet before we trash them.
MacAllister has also shown potential, however when we play him the tactics switch to lobbed balls forward/into the box and this just isn't working, particularly as the delivery has been poor. If Elliotttt plays anywhere near as good as at the World Cup, that delivery will be there.
Toto has hardly played - so it really may be a case of him not looking the goods, or having the right attitude in training. Has shown glimpses of potential though.
I really cannot wait to see this team fire - the potential really is there!

oh please doing some flashy tricks once in a while is not potential. Potential is doing the basics and then adding to your game. I dislike it when people pick out bits of a players game. If you want potential then hearfield has potential with a whole season playing on the right side of mid im sure he'd develop the confidence and become a good player. But hey thats not how football works.
Fair enough - I got carried away with the word "potential"! I guess I like midfielders who try take on players - something we've been short of in the middle in the past. But you're right - I think I meant intent - rather than potential. Not like we've seen much of him.
