Youth players are always going to be the future of the club, so I guess the best idea, is for Ricki to atleast give a shot to youth players, rather than signing overseas or Aus players who are marginally better. Would prefer youth striker or midfielders over Mac or Toto.
Obviously this isn't going to be a way for the club to work towards making money. But think youth is definitely key
