There have been lots of young players to leave for big cash sales. Well big for the league anyway. Some work out well, and some don't. Its usually the players decision as to wen they leave. I think its best if they can go onto somewhere where they can atleast get some game time.
Players like Langarek for example, seem to be in win win situations. The club held out for a good deal, and now hes benching the top budesliga club.
The club get cash, for investments or new players.
The player gets a move overseas, most players dreams
The national team gets more overseas players, hopefully getting more experience
