How so? Whenever he has played CB he has been one of the best in the league. It was when he moved out to full-back that he went wrong.
Not necessarily better than North would imo would compliment Dura better

Because Dura is a ball playing CB and so is North - they both have played full back for extended periods. I think Siggy is pretty similar to NTS too though
